The 3 v 3 House league program is structured into 2 divisions based on skill and age level, with equal time devoted to skill development and 3 on 3 games.
Programming will feature basketball drills and modified games on a lowered rim that are age-appropriate, simple and fun. Each session runs for 45 minutes one day per week.
Involves 1-hour sessions for 8 weeks, classes focus on fundamentals and complete basketball competency.
The Jr. NBA curriculum takes children through a series of drills and activities that address basketball fundamentals. This curriculum has been developed by NBA Basketball Operations and a team of experts in child development, physical literacy, and basketball fundamentals.
The program will include games that are modified to be age-appropriate and use age-appropriate equipment such as smaller basketballs and lowered hoops.
