SMALL GROUP TRAINING
Age-appropriate drills focused on developing strong base skills grounded in functional movement and basketball. Daily workouts consisting of 30-60 mins.
A combination of advanced basketball drills core strength development and functional movement. Plus personalized feedback daily workouts and skill challenges.
Our customized approach to development is based on individual needs and goals. We are committed to increasing confidence on and off the court, developing fundamental basketball skills with a focus on shooting, and creating an atmosphere that is understanding, educational, fun, and respectful.
Our philosophy is based on four fundamental aspects of basketball shooting: Form, Accuracy, Range and Speed.
